A digital platform that connects healthcare into one continuous process

Providers, laboratories, insurers, pharmacies and emergency services take part in the same process and work in a shared context — everyone holding the same understanding of what is happening.

One process

A referral, a specimen, a result, a claim — on their own these are just documents; what gives them meaning is the process they belong to. Jengu keeps that process visible from beginning to end, with every step attributable to a named participant.

Joining without a costly integration project

Integration happens through FHIR, the international standard for health data. The European Health Data Space is moving all of Europe onto the same track — this work has to be done sooner or later, and on Jengu it is already done. A new participant joins without commissioning an integration project, which puts joining within reach of a small organisation that has no IT department of its own.

European rules from the start

Jengu is designed for European rules: the GDPR, the EU AI Act and the Medical Device Regulation. Your data is under your control and goes nowhere without your permission. Work carries on without a connection and synchronises automatically once it returns. Sensitive records open only with every owner's agreement, and every action is audit-logged.

Who Jengu is for

Hospitals and clinics

The clinical record, the visit, the order and the result live in one process and stay consistent with one another automatically. Documentation is drafted from what actually happened in the room, and the clinician can turn their attention back to the patient in front of them. See the stories →

Laboratories

Orders arrive structured and complete, from any connected provider, without a per-customer integration to build and maintain first. Results travel back to the ordering clinician the moment they are ready, and into the patient's record. See the stories →

Insurers and payers

Eligibility, pre-authorisation and claims move as data between the provider and the insurer, statutory and private alike, on one standards-based exchange. The insurer's own rules stay with the insurer, and the answer to "is this covered, and to what limit" arrives at the point of care. See the stories →

Pharmacies

Whether the patient's insurance covers this medicine, and to what extent, is answered at the counter, at the moment of dispensing, with private cover settled there and then. Prescriptions themselves arrive as structured, verifiable orders tied to the encounter that produced them — which matters most where no national prescription service already does that. Emergency medical services

From the call to the handover, Jengu opens a shared room for each case, and the receiving hospital and a consultant can be brought into it. They see in real time what the crew sees: the transcript and summary forming from what is said, the structured data drawn from it, and live readings from the medical devices — so the crew gets advice and reassurance at the hardest moment, and the receiving department can prepare better before the patient arrives. Dispatch centres

The case is one complete sequence of events, from the emergency call to the handover of the patient at the hospital door, shared live with every crew and department it touches. See the stories →
